I just wanted to let you know that our recent function at The Victoria Hotel met and exceeded our expectations. The facilities for the event were excellent as were the meals and the arrangements for our 3 day meeting.

There were many positive comments made by the Sydney team who thought the catering and meals were outstanding.  Personally, I enjoyed the venue, the food & friendly staff, who like yourself, went out of their way to make our meeting a success.

Everything was perfect, and I wouldn't do it any differently if I was to do it again tomorrow.  Firstly, I think you have a wonderfully competent and capable staff member in Hayley Rogers, she was an absolute pleasure to deal with, and not once did I feel unsure about our decisions, I was left feeling 100% confident about all my requests being fulfilled.
 
The biggest drawcard for us in deciding to have our reception at the Vic Hotel - Drill Hall was the flexibility and affordability of your venue in regards to accommodating what we wanted for our day, we didn't have to conform to a standard plan.  Nothing was too much trouble......
 
Our reception was everything we wanted, casual, relaxed and informal, yet the ambience of the Drill Hall made it so classy, our guests were very impressed with our choice of venue!  Our guests are still talking about the quality of the food as well as the amount, variety, and also the timing, no one was hungry at the end of the night, and we finished up in the bar at 2am.  Many comments were also made about the friendliness of Hayley as she handed out platters of food, but I personally found all your staff a pleasure to deal with in all my liaisons.  On the night the bar staff were fantastic also.
 
Thank you for allowing us to spend our special day at your venue, it is second to none!
